Who we are

Established in Rio de Janeiro in 1998, Instituto Inclusartiz is a non-profit arts organisation dedicated to promoting dialogues between cultural and educational initiatives. The Institute’s guiding objectives are:  
 
– Promoting social and cultural exchange among Brazilian and international artists, curators and researchers;

– Supporting the educational development of artists and curators in different stages of their professional trajectory;

– Producing exhibitions in Brazil and abroad;

– Publishing art books; and

– Expanding the audience engagement with arts in Brazil through the creation of educational projects that promote social and cultural bonds, bringing together different communities, including those affected by geographical distance and environmental adversities

Among the projects created for public and private institutions, are exhibitions such as “Mano a Mano”, commemorating the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Spanish Constitution, the Centro Cultural de la Villa (Madrid) “,” From Picasso to Barceló, “the Bellas Artes National Museum (Buenos Aires) and the Pinacoteca de São Paulo (São Paulo), “Beatriz Milhazes: South Seas” at the Centro Cultural Banco do Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), “Guillermo Kuitca” at the Hélio Oiticica Art Center (Rio de Janeiro), “Tunga” in the Recoleta Cultural Center (Buenos Aires), as well as educational projects such as “Teaching del Arte y el Patrimonio (DAP)” and “Integrarte”, Spain.
