Frances Reynolds founded Reynolds Ventures Ltd. in 2007, a boutique advisory service company, focusing on investments in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. In her thirty year career, Reynolds held positions in a range of multinational companies and in corporate advisory, notably as VP Latin America Sales at Warner Brothers and as VP at Orion Pictures. In 1992 she created Mega Distribuidora de Filmes, Brazil, a leading independent distributor of television rights for the Brazilian territory, including Buena Vista International (Disney).
Ms. Reynolds is the Founder and President of the Fundación Arte Viva in Europe and Inclusartiz Institute in Brazil, non-profit organisations which promotes cultural initiatives to bring art, culture and education closer to all sections of society. Mentioned projects range from educational programs for the public schools systems and leading international art exhibitions.
Eg: Commissioned by King Juan Carlos Spain commemorating Brazil 500th anniversary ‘Splendours of Spain: From Greco to Velazquez’, as well as contemporary art. Initiatives are tailor made addressing the target of both private and public sectors.
Reynolds is Member of the Senior Advisory Board of the Brazil Institute-School of Global Affairs, Kings College, London, and member of the Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores, Madrid.
Holds a Honours Degree in Humanities with a Major in Art History at London City University/ Open University.

In London since 2009, Sylvia was the Head of Production of the Brazilian Film Festival and participated in a range of artistic and cultural projects. Currently, she volunteers at the charity dedicated to ending homelessness Crisis Skylight, where she runs a weekly Film Club.
In Rio, she was the Managing Director of In Pauta Public Relations, where she was also responsible for proposal and funding applications of cultural projects. Sylvia was part of the RioMarket team, a business event that takes place along with Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival, and she was the Director of Production of the well-kwon theatre company Atores de Laura, besides other performance arts projects. She worked in events such as Fashion Rio, Pan and Parapan-American games in Rio and Panorama Dance Festival.
Sylvia begun her career as a Journalist and worked at Jornal dos Sports (RJ); Lance! (RJ) and Jornal da Tarde (SP), part of the O Estado SP Group, where she was responsible for the social column “Gente de Esporte”. She then joined Edelman Public Relations (SP) as Account Executive, where she was in charge of media relations and media training and had among her clients Grupo Pão de Açúcar (institutional), Sadia, Air France and MasterCard.

Luiza Teixeira de Freitas is an independent curator involved in a variety of projects. Teixeira de Freitas was Development Organiser for Chisenhale Gallery, London (2011-13); worked on special projects for Alexander and Bonin, NY (2006-12) and kurimanzutto, Mexico (2008-12); she was assistant curator for the Marrakech Biennial ‘Works and Places’ (2009) and collaborated at Tate Modern in the exhibitions of Cildo Meireles and Cy Twombly (2008). She is currently a trustee at the Chisenhale Gallery in London and she is a strategic advisor for Delfina Foundation, London.
